RosettaNet is a California non-profit mutual benefit corporation and has qualified as a IRC Section 501(c)(6) tax-exempt organization. Sections RosettaNet Intellectual Property Policy RosettaNet has strengthened and clarified its IP policy for the protection of consortium Partners. This Council-approved policy, now in effect, provides for better record keeping and establishes a more formalized structure for RosettaNet's standards development methodologies. The amended IP policy effects all RosettaNet-related activity and all RosettaNet Partners.
